During my two years at Vodafone, I served as Senior Product Designer and Campaign Lead, driving major UX initiatives that improved efficiency and design quality across the organization.
In the Velocity Project, I led a cross-functional team to redesign Vodafone’s quote-making system for sales representatives. The original process was slow and error-prone, directly affecting deal closures. Collaborating with business analysts, I mapped the pricing and calculation flow, identified friction points, and designed a faster, more intuitive quoting experience. The result reduced quote generation time from five minutes to under two, enabling sales teams to send more proposals, accelerate decision-making, and increase conversion rates. Following this success, I joined the Vodafone Design Studio, a select innovation team exploring next-generation design solutions for the My Vodafone app and internal design system. My focus was on advancing interface consistency, testing new interaction models, and developing experimental design concepts that informed future updates across Vodafone’s digital ecosystem.
Through these initiatives, I helped streamline business operations and strengthen Vodafone’s design innovation culture.
